 Success through principles chapter 1

Power, country, force, etc.

The king of Bijigishu should know his own and his enemy's strength, enthusiasm-effect and spell, country-even-odd etc. place, time-cold-hot etc. travel time-time suitable for campaigning strength-time-deployment of army etc. after attacking from behind, attack from behind, and damage-vehicle and loss of work-money, expenditure-waste of money, profit-fruition and strength during calamity. If after knowing everything well, he feels that he is strong and the enemy is weak, then he will attack the enemy.

Some Durdos believe that between enthusiasm power and influence power, enthusiasm power is the best. According to Durdos, influence power is the best. Other Durdos believe that influence power is stronger between influence power and spell power. Durdos, however, express different opinions on this. According to such Dervishes, the former power is particularly strong in enthusiasm, influence and spell power.

The meaning of country is the earth. This continent called Bharata is called the circular region. In this region there are forests, land, mountains, rivers, land, even, uneven land, land. A country where one's own army has the opportunity to exercise in various ways and the enemy army does not have the opportunity to exercise in various ways is considered a good country.

Time is of three types - winter, summer and rain. Its main parts are - night, day, phase, month, season, ayan, year and year. These are the times in which the king should strive for the growth of his army. Condition

Kautilya Arthashastra

The one in which it is favorable is considered as Bharam and the one in which it is adverse is considered as Adhamakala.

Regarding the power of Shakti, Desha and Kala, some Durdos consider Shakti to be superior to Deshakala and some consider Besha to be superior and some consider Kala to be superior. According to Durdos Harikya, Shakti, Desha and Kala are complementary to each other, so all three have equal importance.

Yatra i.e. Attack

Yatra i.e. Attack

Yatra i.e. Attack

The king of Biligisu should appoint one third or one fourth of his army to the main place, side, remote provinces and jungle provinces respectively and attack in the month of Margashi to obtain the necessary funds and to destroy the enemy along with the army. Because the enemy is very weak during this period.

In hot countries, attacks should be made in winter and in cold countries, attacks should be made in summer. Campaigns during the rainy season are considered almost forbidden. But they can be done under special circumstances.

Time of Force Production, Quality of Honor and Force Work

Basic Force: The six types of forces, namely, the forces that have been trained for generations, the forces of ghosts, the paid forces, the friendly forces, the friendly forces, the non-friendly forces and the at-will forces, are determined here.

After the surplus forces of the basic force, if the king himself is unable to fight or the enemy forces are too numerous, the war is likely to be prolonged, the enemy's spies enter the country, etc., when there is fear, and the trust in the additional paid forces of the basic force is broken, it should be understood that the time has come to appoint the basic force.

If the enemy forces are weak and are subordinate to the king in his own city, in such a situation, the enemy army should be prepared to fight the enemy army. If one of them dies, the victory will be gained.

In this way, the time, place and time of the force should be used

There is another force – the physical force. The army is engaged in work only by its own enthusiasm. It has no leader and people from many nations and countries are present in Seth. It is ready to destroy the enemy's territory on the orders of the king or without it. This is also of two types: the bhogaya and the abholala. The vedya is called the one who lives in terms of allowance, salary, loot and speed, and the avdya is called the one who works for one country, caste and the same.

Backward and external-internal anger

After preparing for a campaign, all the harm that is likely to arise due to partisanship, atavika and dusada etc. is called 'paschatscope'. If it is minimal, then we should think about the future and ignore it, but if it seems more harmful, then we should make arrangements to remedy it. Otherwise, even after the king is dead, it will flare up even more and cause damage. If it is considered necessary, then the campaign should be suspended.

Internal anger is more harmful than external anger.

The anger generated by a minister, priest, army officer, or a prince among these four is called internal anger. If this anger is caused by any personal fault of the king, then the king should be absolved of that fault. If it is caused by any other reason, then that reason should be eradicated. There are various ways to punish ministers, priests, army officers, and princes. The same standard should not be applied to all.

The anger generated by the gatekeeper and other ministers is called internal anger. To appease it, the king should take the same steps as he would take in the case of other anger.

The anger generated by the heads of state, border guards, atavists, and penalized persons is called 'external anger'. If this type of anger appears, try to appease it by confronting him with someone else. Or, one of them should be arrested. The role of the spy is very useful for this task. The spy helps them do this by fighting each other, intimidating them, or by some other means.

Discussion of Loss, Cost, and Profit

The loss of time and money, i.e., vehicles and workers, is called loss. Loss and grain, i.e., money and other losses are called loss.

If there is a possibility of greater gain than this loss and cost, then one should attack. There are 12 types of profit, namely - income, return, profit, profit, loss, loss, loss, increase, increase, increase, increase, and increase.

Land, which is easily obtained and easily protected, is 'income'. Land, which is difficult to obtain and can be protected from difficulty, is 'pratyadeya'. The opposite of this is 'prosperity'. The profit that is obtained as soon as it is made is 'loss'. The one that requires little expenditure to obtain is 'anukshaya'. The profit obtained in the form of food etc. instead of money is 'alpabhaya' and the profit obtained quickly is 'mahan'. The profit in which there is always a hope of getting money is 'Vruddhi Uday'. The profit in which there may be some hindrance in the future is 'Kalpa'. That which is obtained on average is 'Dharmanaya' and the profit obtained without any condition in a collective campaign is 'Puroga'.

The faults that remain in the profit are - lust, anger, fear, ignorance, compassion, shyness, evil nature, arrogance, resentment, desire for the hereafter, responsibility, arrogance, poverty, unworthiness, neglect of the object of control, lack of foresight, excessive hospitality of enemies, intolerance of cold, hot rain and getting signs of uncertainty before starting the work.

External and internal dangers

The place where the Sandhi Vigraha etc. transcend themselves is applied is 'Apanaya'. All kinds of dangers are seen here.

The danger is of a hierarchical nature. If the nation is the main and the incumbent becomes an entrepreneur and takes the ministers etc. as internal people to his side, if the ministers etc. as internal people become an entrepreneur and take the incumbent etc. as external people to his side, the external officials should take the internal people to their side by threatening them.
